Typographic Research - DESIRE1

I made a mind-map centering on the word desire, which illustrated, for example, the taboo desire of Adam and Eve, the forbidden fruit, appetite and lust in the Seven Deadly SINS, the film ‘Eat Drink Man Woman’ directed by Ang Lee, seven emotions and six desires in the ‘Spring and Autumn Period by Lu’, etc.

I took the fetishism direction and made three serial posters.

There are many close-ups of Mia Wallace's feet in the film《Pulp Fiction》.

In the poster, I chose the font Marshmallow, which is a script font. I think the curve of this font is very elegant, and similar to the curve of the human body. I feel some ambiguous feeling from Marshmallow because it has many contrast between the strokes which make the thin strokes seem subtle.

In the choice of color, I used the bright colors with high contrast to foil a kind of erotic atmosphere.
