“一生二,二生三,三生万物”

'Two in one, three in two, three in all.' The Dao is the underlying principle behind the creation of the myriad things. The order of the process giving rise to the myriad things began with the Dao producing a kind of generative force.
When I did the design of CHAOS 1-7, I kept thinking about the similarities between Dao and Theogony. Thousands of years before, people from two different cultures considered the same question and raised some same conclusions.
What was the world before the universe began?
Going all the way back to the source, is the world originated from chaos?
And what is chaos?
Is it the state of "nothing" in Dao?
And is it the state of "nothing" in Theogony?
Does every possible source has a possible source?
If everything is finite, then the principle ‘Two in one, three in two, three in all.' means that everything may has a gradual process. But it is still puzzling to understand 'One in zero.' which means that everything is originated from nothing(chaos as well). Maybe It's a process of mutation.

All things start from chaos, and we are so small that can't see them all in time or space, and the unseen part looks like chaos.
Therefore, we can say that "the invisible is wider than the visible".
看不清的比看得清的更开阔。
